HOW EXACTLY DO YOU GIVE A LITTLE SOMETHING?

And while we are a small company, we are confident that every little bit counts, and little things add up to make a big difference.
WHAT ARE THE DENTAL BENEFITS OF XYLITOL?
Dental cavities occur when the bacteria in our mouths consume the sugars we eat. The bacteria turn these sugars into acid that eat away at the enamel on our teeth, resulting in a cavity. Since xylitol does not break down like traditional sugar, the bacteria starves, and there is a marked decrease in acid production and plaque, in turn leading to less cavity formation.
Another benefit of xylitol is its effect on saliva. In itself, saliva protects the teeth by increasing the pH in the mouth, making it a less acidic environment, and it contains calcium that promotes remineralization of weak enamel. Xylitol leads to increased salivary flow with higher levels of calcium, which means more opportunity for tooth repair.
WHY DOES THE COLOR OF PRODUCT VARY?
If you think that the color of your lip balm or scrub looks slightly different in shade from one order to the next, you would be totally right! We never use artificial coloring in our products, so the true color of an ingredient will never be masked. For example, if a batch avocados grow greener, then our product will be greener. This is normal, and does not affect quality.
